What Hawaii Intelligence collects when you use this site, the Reading, the Brief, or the front desk, what we do with it, and how to remove it.
What we collect
- The Brief and briefing requests. Your email, plus anything you choose to add: name, business, island, phone, and your message. We also note which page the form came from.
- The Reading. The web address you type, the result, and the time. If you email yourself the result, your email is attached to that reading.
- Spam protection. A one-way code made from your internet address. We do not store the address itself.
- Calls to (808) 353-4408. The front desk takes your name, business, number, and what you need, and sends Micah a summary so he can call you back. Our phone provider may store call details to deliver that summary.
What we do with it
We send the Brief you asked for, reply to your request, and improve the site. We do not sell or rent your information. The site runs no advertising or analytics trackers.
Where it lives
The site and its database run on Cloudflare. Typefaces load from Google Fonts, which receives your internet address to deliver them. The front desk runs on our phone provider, Retell.
Your choices
Every email from us has a one-click unsubscribe link. To see, correct, or delete what we hold about you, email micah@hawaiiintelligence.com. We act within five business days.
Readings of public records
The Hawaiʻi Business Standard is built only from public DNS records and public web pages. No private system is accessed. A business can ask to be removed from any published table by emailing us.
